CGRFA

Meeting throughout the day and into the night, CGRFA 14 addressed issues related to forest, animal, plant and aquatic genetic resources, and micro-organisms and invertebrates, including the strategic priorities for action on forest genetic resources, draft genebank standards, and transfer of activities from the Commission to the Governing Body of the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture. A Friends of the Chair group on access and benefit-sharing met in morning and evening sessions.
