The Rio Conventions Pavilion (RCP), is hosted by the Secretariats of the Rio Conventions and the Global Environment Facility (GEF), and will take place from 5 to 14 December 2016, in Cancún, Mexico. The event will convene in parallel with the thirteenth session of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD COP13). The RCP is a platform for raising awareness and sharing information about the latest practices and scientific findings linking biodiversity, climate change, and sustainable land management. Each day will focus on a different theme relevant to climate change, sustainable land management, and biodiversity in the context of sustainable development.
