Malawi Chile
Wetlands International On the issues: Malawi (above left) was not satisfied that the Intergovernmental Panel on Forests would sufficiently address biodiversity. Chile (above right) emphasized marine biodiversity, clearing-house mechanism, benefits sharing and agro-biodiversity as work programme elements. Wetlands International (left) offered technical assistance toward cooperation with the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands of International Importance.
