The Committee of the Whole debated and adopted the first of its official decisions, concluding negotiations on all but the most difficult of issues. Here's what it looked like as delegations reviewed and adjusted the decisions Tuesday.

	Quiet hammer: Despite promising to drop decision language on which agreement could not be reached, Committee of the Whole Chair Louis Currat (above) made minimal use of his gavel. Ireland (left), speaking for the EU, and India (above left), speaking for the G77/China, debated changes on several decisions, including recommendaitons to the special session of the UN General Assembly.
	Making changes: Brazil (above left) and South Africa (above right) recommended amendments to the decision on forests. Rapporteur Raéd Bani Hani (Jordan) (left at right) consulted with Tony Gross of the Secretariat on amendments to the Committee of the Whole's report.
