Cristián Samper (Colombia), Chair SBSTTA-5 [pictured left] gives his closing remarks after the adoption of draft recommendations and papers of the two Working Groups. Hamdallah Zedan, CDB Executive Secretary [above, 2nd from right], gives his closing remarks, noting appreciation for countries who have provided financial support for the attendance of developing countries, and countries with economies in transition, and encouraging more countries to support greater participation in the future.
