and an amended annex on options, approaches and issues for further consideration,
including scenarios in an appendix.

Co-Chair Lefeber
expressed satisfaction that the annex submitted by the
Technical Expert Group, as built upon by the Ad
Hoc Group, provides the basis for future work. He
noted that important first steps have been made, but the
way forward is long and difficult. He gavelled the meeting
to a close at 7:25 pm.
