The workshop
of the Consultative Group of Experts (CGE) on national communications
from non-Annex I Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on
Climate Change (UNFCCC) was held from 10-11 April 2002 in Bonn,
Germany. More than 40 delegates attended the session, including expert
representatives of governments and intergovernmental organizations.
