The World Health Organisation convened a briefing on climate change and health

Following presentations on studies looking at the effects of localized, urban climate change on public health, as well as a general overview of potential health risks associated with global climate change, Roberto Bertollini talks about the WHO's role in steering climate change policy and the necessity of maintaining the focus of UNFCCC negotiations on the public health.
