On Tuesday, delegates continued line-by-line deliberations on the Summary for Policymakers of the Synthesis Report, completing work on Topic 1 (observed changes in climate and their effects), Topic 2 (causes of change) and moving into Topic 3 (projected climate change and its impacts). Discussions continued until 10:30pm.
Contact groups on figures and reasons for concern met during the day.
