Highlights for Thursday, 12 September 2013
UNFCCCOn Thursday morning, representatives convened in plenary to receive reports from Wednesday's breakout group discussions on enabling environments and policy frameworks for effective deployment of climate finance and enabling environments and policy frameworks for mobilising scaled-up finance. Key findings were then presented by breakout group representatives followed by a discussion.

During the closing plenary, Co-Chairs Saño and Storey reflected on the LTF meetings in 2013 and the substantive messages emerging from the three work programme strands on pathways, deployment and mobilization. Participants also offered their views on the 2013 LTF activities.

Co-Chair Storey noted that both technical and political issues would be identified in the Co-Chair reports and recommendations would be made. The Co-Chairs then outlined some key messages they would take from the meeting and send to the Warsaw COP. Co-Chair Saño closed the meeting at 1:19pm.
