Raptors MoU The Second Meeting of Signatories (MoS2) to the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS) Memorandum of Understanding on the Conservation of Migratory Birds of Prey in Africa and Eurasia (Raptors MoU) will be held from 5-8 October 2015 in Trondheim, Norway at the Clarion Hotel and Congress.

The Meeting will consider: statements from signatories, cooperating partners and observers; reports from the Coordinating Unit, Interim Technical Advisory Group (TAG) and the CMS Secretariat; conservation initiatives under the Raptors MoU; a review of the implementation of the MoU and Action Plan; and institutional and financial matters.
