On-line Registration Form

The Linkages on-line policy dialogue on Sustainable Consumption and Production will be inagurated during the second week of October 1995. Access to this area of the Linkages WWW server will be restricted to those users who have registered and who have received a username and password. If you have already registered, there is no need to register again... we have had a little delay but you will receive your password and username soon.

If you are interested in participating in this project please fill out the following form. We will send your username and password to you by electronic mail as soon as the virtual policy dialogue space is available for use.

We will be making this event available via both WWW and e-mail. If you know of others who might be interested in participating, but who don't have access to WWW, please ask them to send their name and email address to consume@enb.iisd.org. (Using the on-line registration form below will give you access to both the WWW and e-mail versions of this service.)

Note: All of the information in this form will be made available as a database within the virtual policy dialogue space. While each user will participate in his or her personal capacity, please indicate your institutional affiliation.
