ADOPTED!! Plenary adopts text on key actions for the further implementation of the Programme of Action of the International Conference on Population and Development agree on by the Ad Hoc Committee of the Whole of the 21st Special Session of the General Assembly . . . .

The 21st Special Session of the General Assembly adopted the text on key actions to by the Committee of the Whole. Argentina, the Sudan, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Libya made reservations.
