The Hague Forum
8-12 February,  1999


 

After delays caused by translation into Spanish and French, the Plenary met at 3pm to consider the draft report of the Forum. Following interventions from a number of delegates, the draft report was accepted by the Forum. Nafis Sadik, Executive Director of the UNFPA, made a moving closing statement and the meeting closed at 5:30 pm.
