Community Choice Energy (CCE) is a promising Californian initiative to facilitate access to renewable energy. On Saturday, 5 December 2015, during the Paris Climate Change Conference 2015, CCE held an event to highlight the progress made so far, the role that governments can play, and the benefits that can be achieved.
