On Tuesday, 8 November 2016, the event “NAMAs as building blocks to drive NDC Implementation – Reflections from the NAMA Facility” took place at the Marrakech Conference on Climate Change (COP22). This video features examples of Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions (NAMAS) in Costa Rica and Colombia, supported by the NAMA Facility, showing how they can contribute to the implementation of the Paris Agreement on Climate Change. This side event was organized by the NAMA Facility, the Danish Ministry of Energy, Utilities and Climate, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Thailand, the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development of Colombia and the Ministry of Environment and Energy of Costa Rica.
