SUBSIDIARY ORGANS

Kjell‚n then summarized the results of the previous day's discussion on subsidiary organs. He added that the Committee must reflect more on the terms of reference for the working groups. He agreed to undertake consultations during the next few months so that a decision could be taken at the first substantive session in Nairobi. Without any further discussion the Committee agreed to establish two working groups, with three-person bureaus that would be elected at this session.
