INCD-10 HIGHLIGHTS: WEDNESDAY, 15 JANUARY 1996

Delegates met in Plenary all day to hear statements on urgent action for Africa and interim measures in Asia, Latin America and the Northern Mediterranean. Informal consultations continued on the administrative arrangements for the Permanent Secretariat, the rules of procedure and the Global Mechanism.
