FOURTH SESSION OF THE INCD:
The fourth session of the INCD
will meet in Geneva from 21-31 March 1994. The provisional agenda
is similar to the agenda for the third session. The two working
groups will once again be the focus for the negotiations. Both
working groups will read through the revised text
(A/AC.241/15/Rev.1) of the Convention and attempt to remove rather
than insert brackets. Working Group II will also begin negotiating
the regional instrument for Africa, based on the text to be
prepared by the Secretariat.
