LATIN AMERICAN PREPARATIONS:

The Latin American and Caribbean Group will meet in Santiago, Chile, from 3-5 May 1994 to work on the Regional Implementation Annex for Latin America and the Caribbean. At INCD-4, delegations were asked to submit written comments on the Latin American annex to the Secretariat by 20 April to assist the Group in its work.
