CSD-5 HIGHLIGHTS: TUESDAY, 22 APRIL 1997

Delegates to CSD-5 met in two Drafting Groups and three informal groups during the morning, afternoon and evening. A draft declaration and a draft decision regarding SIDS were distributed.
