B. Information, education and communication:
Recommendations
could include: adoption of comprehensive planning strategies; and
making high-quality population education available to all school
children, paying explicit attention to human rights, population and
environment, gender relationships, responsible reproductive
behavior, reproductive health and sexuality, and the consequential
choices and responsibilities.
