MALTA:
Walter Balzan noted the emphasis in the annotated
outline on the issues of poverty, unemployment and indebtedness,
as well as gender equality and empowerment of women. He stressed
the importance of issues related to the aged and said that
education is crucial, particularly with regard to
sexually-transmitted diseases.
