THINGS TO LOOK FOR TODAY

PLENARY: The Plenary will resume this morning. For the list of speakers, look in today's Journal.

MAIN COMMITTEE: The Main Committee is "supposed" to finish its work today. It is expected to convene in a formal session to adopt Chapters IX, XI, and XVI, ad referendum, since these chapters are bracket-free. The Committee will then resume in an informal session to address the remaining outstanding issues in Chapters I, II, VII and VIII and all other bracketed paragraphs. The Chair is also expected to rule on the issue of amending unbracketed text, which was a constant problem on Thursday.
