XII. TRANSPORT AND COMMUNICATION:

The focus of this chapter is the lifeline provided to SIDS by transport and communication. Brackets remain in paragraph C(v) in the section on International Action. This paragraph states: "Promote arrangements and measures to lower the international telecommunications costs to SIDS."
