FULL INCREMENTAL COSTS:

The Working Group agreed that the Secretariat be requested to examine the methodologies in order to define and understand the meaning of the term "full incremental costs" and, in light of this examination, provide an indicative list. The Group further recommended that the list should build on current projects and, to the extent possible, be made in collaboration with organizations such as UNESCO, FAO, the Multilateral Fund for the Implementation of the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, the Secretariat for the Framework Convention on Climate Change, and the GEF.
