The informal working Group, established under the Chair of Germany to consider Monday afternoon's divergent opinions on the Draft Financial Rules For the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity, met twice Tuesday afternoon. It is likely that a preliminary report on the progress so far will be made Wednesday afternoon, and that the issue of contributions by the developed and developing country Parties may be brought back to the Working Group for further discussion.
