PLENARY

The Plenary completed the election of Bureau officers. The Asian region nominated Mick Raga (Papua New Guinea), the East European region nominated Issa Omarovich Baitulin (Kazakhstan), GRULAC nominated Edgar Espeleta-Guttierrez (Costa Rica), and the African region nominated a representative from Swaziland.
