The Secretariat is expected to incorporate delegates' proposals into the existing draft, which will provide the basis for negotiations next week. The current plan is to distribute this annotated negotiating text on Friday for delegates to review over the weekend. However, given continuing opposition to the existing structure and content of the document, a change of plans is possible.
