Sunny Day, Long Night in Interlaken
On Wednesday, negotiations resumed on the draft outputs from the conference, particularly the Global Plan of Action, text on implementing and financing of the Global Plan, and the Interlaken Declaration. The negotiations continued throughout the day and late into Wednesday night.
