The Earth Negotiations Bulletin team is responsible for maintaining this WWW page on the Second COP. We have established our offices in the Jakarta Hilton where we have a portable LAN and a dial-up PPP connection into Indonet (Jakarta's premier Internet provider). During the next two weeks we will provide daily summaries of the proceedings in both French and English, pictures of the usual suspects and RealAudio interviews with some of the more interesting participants.
