The Third Session of the Preparatory Committee

Last updated 20 February 1996 -- The Third Session of the Habitat II Preparatory Committee was held in New York from 5-17 February 1996. The Earth Negotiations Bulletin team has written a summary of the session.

The Draft Decisions from PC-3 are available on the UNDP computer as well as all the compilation documents, listing the NGO and Government suggestions for revisions to the text.

The United Nations has published two press releases on this session of the PrepCom on 2 February and 5 February.
