Diego Noguera is the Digital Manager for Earth Negotiations Bulletin. He joined the team in 2000 and has covered ENB meetings as a Digital Editor since 2003.
He is a good example of the new generation embracing online jobs, working from Florida, while solving the technical and digital problems of staff and consultants in New York, Geneva, Winnipeg, and two dozen other cities worldwide.
Diego is a web developer and has a degree in systems engineering and postgraduate degrees in web development projects, telematics and e-business.
