Herman Chege is a digital media producer specialising in video production with the Earth Negotiations Bulletin. Born in Kenya and residing in the US, he is focused on global communications for the sustainable development agenda and has covered dozens of multilateral processes for the past five years. His media content has been viewed and used by individuals, media, NGOs, and governments around the world.
With ENB since 2014, Herman also has interests in artificial intelligence and its real-life global application to environmental and global challenges. He has a BSc. Conservation Biology (University of Eastern Africa, Baraton), a MSc. (University of Nairobi) and an ongoing PhD (University of Vermont). He has also received specialized training in the USA (University of Wyoming), India (Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore), and China (Chinese Academy of Sciences).
