Nancy Mutonyi

Nancy Mutonyi is a Leadership Development and Training Consultant, as well as an adjunct lecturer at the International Leadership University, in Nairobi. She is highly enthusiastic in promoting Sustainability Leadership and adoption of ESG by corporate leadership, to advance value for business, people and the environment. She is highly passionate about organizational change that supports sustainability transformation in organizations. 

Her previous work engagement was in the manufacturing sector, where she was a Head of Operations and Logistics at a leading paint company in Nairobi. During her tenure, she was instrumental in the achievement of high levels of operational excellence, and implementation of waste management strategies, aimed at reducing negative environmental impact and maintaining cost effectiveness. 

She possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration from Andrews University, Michigan, master's in business administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi, and a doctorate in business administration (DBA) in Leadership and Organizational Change Management for the United States International University, (USIU), Africa.
