Patrick Toussaint is a Writer with the Earth Negotiations Bulletin. He is an experienced international environmental lawyer specialized in climate change, biodiversity, human rights, and plastic pollution.
Patrick has worked for several MEA Secretariats (UNCLOS, CBD, INC on plastic pollution) and related governance processes (UNEA, CCAC) and closely follows the climate negotiations.
He holds a Master of Laws in Environmental Law and Policy from UCL, a Master of Science in Environmental Technology and International Affairs from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna/TU Wien, and is a candidate for a Doctor of Laws in International Climate Change Law from the University of Eastern Finland.
