On Wednesday, 7 December 2016, the event “GEF’s biodiversity mainstreaming journey” took place at the Convention of Biological Diversity COP13. Presented by the Global Environment Facility (GEF), this video by IISD Reporting Services provides an overview of the event, which reviewed the GEF experience in mainstreaming biodiversity. Representatives from Mexico and Cuba shared projects to the growing body of evidence that mainstreaming is a concrete investment strategy.
