On Tuesday, 6 December, the event “Towards a Modular Approach to Reporting Against the Aichi Biodiversity Targets and Sustainable Development Targets” took place during the Biodiversity COP13 in Cancun, Mexico. The goal was to present innovative ways to enhance synergies on reporting tasks under several multilateral environmental agreements through a voluntary online tool. The event was organized by the Federal Office for the Environment of Switzerland, UN Environment’s World Conservation Monitoring Centre and the European Union.
