All States will have to transition to low-emission, climate resilient economic growth in order to respond to climate change - and developing countries need project financing and support to make this shift.
The Green Climate Fund helps countries move way from carbon intensive development. Many countries are making strides to direct investments away from climate vulnerable assets.
