EGYPT:
Mostafa Tolba agreed with Germany that the CSD must
have a political profile and with Australia that the meetings must
have concrete actions. He called for more information on natural
resource flows. He said that the types of technology needed by the
developing world must be identified and water should be discussed,
particularly as a potential source of conflict.
