BARBADOS:
Minister of State L.V.H. Lewis said that the CSD
depends on comprehensive input on actions and constraints at the
national level and that the process of identifying these can assist
in resource mobilization. He called for regional and sub-regional
consultations as a compliment to national reports. He noted the
Global Conference on the Sustainable Development of Small Island
Developing States as one example of UNCED follow-up.
