THINGS TO LOOK FOR TODAY

INFORMAL CONSULTATIONS: The Conference will meet in an informal closed session this morning in Conference Room 2 to discuss the Chair's working paper on compliance and enforcement. This paper sets out the responsibilities of the flag States both to ensure that their vessels comply with subregional and regional conservation and management measures, and to take steps to enforce these provisions. This document may be an indication of the format of Nandan's paper, which is expected to be circulated by the middle of this week.
