ARTICLE 30 -- SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES:
This article provides
the means for Parties to settle disputes. Agreement was reached
during the first reading of the text. There are still brackets
around the provision that may set up an arbitration system in a
separate annex. Due to time constraints, there was no second
reading of this article, as well as the remaining articles in the
text. The second reading will be continued at the next session.
