The seventh session of the UNCCD Committee for the Review of the Implementation of the Convention (CRIC 7) opened on Friday, 7 November 2008. Delegates participated in a general discussion on the implementation of the ten-year strategic plan before and after an interactive dialogue on UNCCD strategic orientations.
