| On Monday, plenary convened in the morning to hear reports of Contact Groups and the legal group. The INC agreed to append the conference room papers developed by each contact group, as well as those agreed texts that were reviewed by the legal group, to the final report of the conference. Further to the adoption of the report, the different regional groups, and many countries thanked the Chair, the Secretariat and the Uruguayan hosts for holding the meeting. Tim Kasten highlighted the large amount of work achieved during the week, and Chair Lugris closed the meeting at 5.53pm. |
