2015 Time for Global Action Agenda for People and for Planet On the morning of Thursday, 23 April 2015, the joint session of the FfD3 and Post-2015 processes held an interactive dialogue with stakeholders for the post-2015 process (Major Groups and other Stakeholders) and the FfD3 process (civil society and business sector). Post-2015 Co-Facilitator Kamau thanked the stakeholders for their continued engagement and ideas. During a series of presentations by civil society and business sector representatives, recommendations were offered on, inter alia: the technology facilitation mechanism (TFM) and other science, technology and innovation (STI) issues; the relationship between the FfD and post-2015 processes, including the global partnership; and follow-up and review and coherence between the respective outcome documents.

In the afternoon, delegates exchanged statements on the relationship between the FfD3 and post-2015 processes, including their definitions of the global partnership and possible key deliverables and ideas, such as in relation to capacity building, infrastructure, energy, social floors and agriculture. Post-2015 Co-Facilitator Donoghue explained that the dialogue intended to look in more detail at issues of the global partnership for development and ideas for transformative action in specific areas.

The discussion will continue on Friday, 24 April 2015, to be followed by a debate on the coherence between the FfD3 and post-2015 outcome documents.
