At the 2015 Paris climate talks, the Global Green Growth Institute held an event on “Catalyzing commitments into action.” The event explored different perspectives on innovative approaches to financing to fight climate change and transition to a low-carbon economy. It showcased solutions to address the challenges of climate change, in order to provide Parties and other organizations with examples and best practices of climate action for a low-carbon and climate-resilient economy. Successful implementation of the climate agreement beyond 2015 was linked to four key elements: innovation, cross-sector collaboration, scalability, and transparency.
This video was produced by Peter Wood, Ph.D., and filmed/edited by Ben Crowe.
