The IUCN World Conservation Congress 2016 took place between 1-10 September in Honolulu, US. The Forum was held during the first part of the Congress, and was a four-day event that functioned as hub for public debate, dialogues, workshops and social events and brought together almost 9,000 participants from around the planet. This video captures the views of key environmental leaders present in the Forum, who joined forces with IUCN to propose solutions for nature conservation and implementation of the sustainable development goals.

This video was produced by Nicole de Paula, Ph.D., and filmed/edited by Hernán Aguilar.
