CONSULTATIVE GROUP ON INTERNATIONAL AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH:
The CGIAR fully subscribes to the objectives of the Convention and
will make its expertise, information and databases available for
the further development and implementation of the Convention and
other relevant Agenda 21 activities. The CGIAR is particularly
concerned about access to genetic resources and the status of
ex
situ collections not covered by the Convention, and would like
to participate in further discussion on these issues.
