HIGHLIGHTS: Thursday, 3 June
The Ministerial segment of renewables 2004 began on Thursday.
In the afternoon, Ministerial Roundtables addressed: policies
for renewable energy market development; financing options;
and strengthening capacities, research and technology development,
and institutions. In the evening, delegates discussed the
conference outcomes. Throughout the day, numerous side events
took place.
